Re-Writing the Parent-Child Script Virtual Workshop  

Are you ready to Re-Script your vulnerabilities as a parent, and want to gain more skills? Do you want to practice and have a felt experience of how to show up and communicate differently with your teen? Do you want to step back into your safe parental authority?

In this workshop, parents will identify, understand, learn the tools to transform their negative relationship patterns with their child. Participants will learn new communication skills that will be integrated through learning new dialogues, role-plays, attunement to feelings, boundary setting and a stronger awareness of parent-child differentiation. Attendees will have a greater awareness of parent-child enmeshment and how it can interfere with their child's maturation process and emotional skill development.
